TIDE Education – Training Terms and Conditions

​1. Booking and Payment

• All training bookings must be confirmed via our online registration form or direct communication with TIDE Education.
• Full payment is required prior to the training date unless otherwise arranged.
• Group or organisational bookings may be invoiced upon request.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the training date will be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the training date may not be eligible for a refund but may be credited towards a future session.
• Non-attendance without prior notice is non-refundable.
• In the unlikely event that TIDE needs to cancel or reschedule a session, all participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Participation Requirements

• Participants must arrive on time and be present for the full duration of the session to receive a certificate of completion (if applicable).
• All participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow attendees.
• For VR-based training, participants may be required to complete a brief onboarding process to ensure safe and effective use of the equipment.

4. Accessibility and Special Requirements

• Please notify us in advance if you have any accessibility needs, learning support requirements, or medical conditions that may affect your participation. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.

5. Health and Safety

• TIDE Education maintains a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• If you feel unwell or are unable to attend due to health reasons, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange rescheduling.
• For VR sessions, please inform us if you experience dizziness, disorientation, or any discomfort during training.

6. Data and Privacy

• Participant information is collected solely for training administration, evaluation, and certification purposes.
• We do not share personal details with third parties without your explicit consent.
• Group feedback may be used anonymously for quality improvement or promotional purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

• All TIDE Education materials, content, and VR programs are the intellectual property of TIDE and its partners.
• Reproduction, distribution, or use of training content without permission is prohibited.

8. Agreement

• By registering for a TIDE training session, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
