TIDE Toolkit is a "first aid kit" for the nervous system!   
A carefully curated sensory first aid box to assist de-escalation, improve prevention and facilitate debriefing activities for both care receivers and providers.
The TIDE toolkit has been carefully created by a nurse, educator and mother of neurodiverse children and road tested on her students and children.
It is a must have to assist connection, calm and recovery.
