Who We Are.

TIDE was founded by nurse and educator Misty Carey and has been developed through collaborations with people dedicated to their communities, including First Nations, consumer representatives, and healthcare security.

Misty Carey has nursed across hospitals, remote communities, prisons and international humanitarian settings. She combines clinical experience with a deep understanding of trauma, behaviour and communication, delivering training that prepares professionals for the real-world moments for the best outcomes for all involved.
